Starting a business in Kenya is a lot different from how things are organized in Europe. In Holland most people can take care of themselves and don't need assistance from their employer with housing , transport , health care and school for the kids.

In Africa that's a little different. People don't have much to spend and that means that most of the time there is no money for education and medical care. Also the government don't have enough money to build enough schools and hospitals .We make sure that our employees (and their family) are taken care of. The children of the employees at our farm go to school that is 100 % sponsored with money from the farms also the hospital is 100 % sponsored bij the farms , there they can go for all kinds of medical treatment.
